Excellent website, Terry!

Thanks - I was just looking today at my tank and am frustrated about how loud the waterfall sound is - I believe it's because my pipe sits too low down from the lip of the overflow...and this website can help me correct it! Now just to figure out if I can fix it without draining my entire tank?!?!

hey leslie just turn off the pump and make sure you can hold an additional 5 gallons on the sump and then you can remove the pipe that houses the drain. if you have an all-glass that has the durso style they can be adjusted to get the correct height. if not then hopefully it's not glued in. most drains are not. just remeber and try to get at least 1.25" piping on there then reduce as low as you can to the bulkhead
